1. A Vietnamese made beret, manufactured from lime green dominant ERDL poplin camoflage, in excellent used condition, size is an Asian 60. The material used was a very close match to the SEAL float coat on the uniforms page. This type of beret was favored by Navy SEALS in Vietnam. - $850.00-SOLD!2. A "Marine Syle" 8-point visor tigerstripe hat in very choice condition. The size is fairly large, I would say about 7 1/2, it fits me and I have a large pumpkin. Desirable Tadpole Sparse pattern, very deep blacks, as nice as you can get! - $850.00-REDUCED!
3. A US made 8-point Navy issued hat, from US navy SEAL Jerry Kapes. The hat is not named but did originally come with the Kapes uniform group shown on the Vietnam Uniforms page. The hat is dated 1969, and is a size medium. The hat will come with a copy of his DD-214. - $400.00-SOLD!
4. Mint condition Lime Green Dominant ERDL Boonie Hat, dated 1969, size is 7 1/8. - $175.00
5. Excellent condition 1960's vintage US Navy Chief's visor hat. Excellent condition with one moth hole in top of khaki cover. Named to Charles Meyer, who served as a Navy hard hat diver and UDT for the 1930's to the 1960's- $45.00
6. A named Vietnam period US Marine Corps Enlisted visor hat in excellent condition, named to MSGT Haenal, condition is near mint - $75.00
7. 1960's vintage Green Beret, this one is premium sent to kids I believe for collecting gum wrappers ( Remember the Green Beret Collector cards?) I think this was a prize that they sent you for sending in so many gum wrappers. Kind of a fun piece, mint in the bag. The beret flashes are "made up", I have a few different ones. -$35.00
8. Choice example of a Vietnam Period US Army enlisted visor hat, made by "Luxenberg:, with a very unusual "shop made" insignia. The hat is amazing in quality, the green wool looks like German WW2 "doeskin". - $75.00-SOLD!
9. A Vietnamese made Navy type black wool beret in excellent shape. Construction is heavy wool. Celluloid sweatshield is perfect, no labels. It had insignia on it at one time, the outline is present. - $125.00-SOLD
11.ADS Gold Tigerstripe Boonie in mint condition, size is around 6 7/8. Condition is spectacular on this rarity, looks good from the back as well- all details are just great. - This is "top of the pyramid" piece that can never be upgraded, both for rarity and condition. -$900.00-SOLD!
12. US Made USSF 6th Group Green Beret, for rank of 2nd Lt. Excellent condition, size is 6 5/8, dated 1967- $200.00)-SOLD!
13. "CISO" type John Wayne Dense Tiger Boonie, short brim. Okinawan made. Small size. 2'' section in one of the brim rows is loose on one side, does not detract from appearance at all and would be a simple repair- Overall a real nice example. -$450.00-SOLD!
14. Ripstop ERDL Beret, size 59, Vietnamese made- Type sometimes favored by SEAL Operators. ERDL Berets are rare, even moreso with the ripstop material- This would be considered a "top of the pyramid" piece in a Vietnam beret collection. -$800.00-SOLD!
15. Vietnamese made US Special Forces Green Beret for enlisted ranks, with beautifully detailed hand embroidered 5th Group flash and SF crest. Fine green wool construction. Some loss to the celluloid sweat shield, size tag "57" remains, two tiny fissures in the black vinyl sweatband/ rim. All else is excellent, making this a great display example of one of the most iconic pieces of headgear of the Vietnam War - $400.00-SOLD!
16. A nice Tigerstripe boonie, named inside to "Schrenkler" in felt pen, with "RVN- 68-69" added underneath. The word "SHORT" appears on the outside brim, it is almost undiscernable, but there nonetheless. - $500.00-SOLD!
17. Japanese made Gold Tiger Boonie Hat, in excellent condition. The black areas are very solid, the hat does exhibit any wear except for the fading of the original interior tag. Double black grommets on each side. I would estimate the size about a 6 7/8 to a 7. Very desirable John Wayne Dense pattern- $500.00-SOLD!
18. "Marine" style 8 Point Visor Cap, in rare JWS Tiger pattern, Okinawan made, large size ( I'm a 7 3/8 and it fits me), nice fade to the exterior. Formerly in the Richard Johnson collection- $450.00-SOLD!
19. An excellent condition Vietnamese made black beret for Naval Advisory Group. The flash is Vietnamese machine made. Red foil size tag is "55". This beret is attributed to a Navy Chief named Robert Gerster, it will come with copies of his paperwork, a photo of him, and an original program for the transfer of a vessel from the US Navy to the Vietnamese Navy in 1969. Atrributed examples of this kind of beret are very hard to find! - $475.00-SOLD!
