The following items came from the estate of a US Army Field Artillery vet.

1. Aluminum hat insignia, both prongs on reverse- $25.00

2. An early quality Luftwaffe Pilot's Badge. No maker mark, the eagle resembles a GWL type with the "greenish" type of color. The feathering on the eagle is highly defined. The wreath retains most of the matte silver frost with polished highlights. The back displays some tarnish on the wingtips, the scan makes the tarnished areas a little more dramatic that they appear. I haven't tried cleaning or dipping, this is as it came from the estate sale- A collector friend of mine passed this info on:THE LUFTWAFFE PILOTS BADGE IS FROM THE "UNKNOWN MAKER" WHICH IS GENERALLY ACCEPTED TO BE THE MANUFACTURER "FLL"  THEY INTERCHANGED DIES WITH GWL..THE DIFFERENCE BEING THE FLL SWASI BEING THINNER.- $875.00

3. A nice Mother's Cross 3rd Class, in pristine condition, no chipping to the enamel. With full length ribbon and original paper packet. " 16 December 1938" and "Adolf Hitler" on reverse- $85.00

4. German DRL Sports badge, excellent condition, well marked on reverse- $100.00-SOLD!

5. An excellent condition 1939 Black Wound Badge- finish is at 98%- vertical pin on reverse- $65.00

6. Excellent condition Enlisted Luftwaffe breast eagle- $35.00

7. Uniform removed Bevo woven Panzer Troops breast eagle- $50.00-SOLD!

8. National Labor Service Women's Badge, by Assmann, date scratched into reverse- $55.00-SOLD!

9. "Molders, und Seine Manner"- WW2 period published book on Werner Molders, one of the greatest Luftwaffe aces of WW2. 232 pages, has the dustjacket which makes it very displayable in a Luftwaffe collection- $75.00
