The Apron

Everything on this page is off this apron, which surfaced about 9 years ago at the Military Show in San Diego.
Everything on the apron had been collected by an American Airlines flight attendant while she was flying troops homefrom Vietnam to the United States, circa 1968-1970. After owning this treasure for more than 10 years it is time to break it up. Many of you have seen this apron displayed at OVMS and ASMIC shows.
The patches will be cut off the apron with a small border of the red and white cotton left attached
so you will know where it came from.

5. The Zig Zag Man- Vietnamese machine made. There is writing on the back showing the vet in country in 1970-71-72, his initials "R.C.A.", and "San Diego County". - $100.00

6. Factory patch for the Grumman A6 Intruder, US machine made. - $75.00

7. Very rare patch for the 3rd Engineer Bn., 3rd Marine Division, Alpha Company. Japanese machine made. This patch was in the pocket of the apron. 6 1/2" Tall- $300.00
